Oh where do i begin? This company is so strange. Sometimes, orders arrive fine. Bought my Docs here which arrived in time but when you add multiple items in your cart sometimes the free shipping won't apply? Some clothes can be really nice but some have poor quality or damaged. It's always like buying lottery tickets ordering here. You never know what you're gonna get.
Customer service is not the best either. They only refunded me partially and sent the missing drinking glass separately (which was also damaged)
Also, you can only save wishlist items on the US website so if you're abroad well too bad. Their only reason I shop here is cause they have afterpay. Prob the last.

First time buying from Urban Outfitters. I spent a lot of my time debating my cart and then I finally bought the items! Shipping was decent, some of the items were shipped separately but the tracking information was accurate enough and had no problems overall. I actually ended up not liking 2 of the items I bought (out of 4) so I requested for a refund. The process wasn't overly complicated but it was confusing to manage since I had individual... cases(?) and tracking info(?) for each item. I eventually got confirmation about a refund for one item, but none for the other. No big deal as I was in no rush. It has since been almost a month since then as I forgot about it (almost). I just contacted customer service through their chat feature. It was such a straightforward process that it almost felt surreal. They were very helpful and understanding of my situation, and I was actually talking to a real person- not a bot. I was given a discount code as an apology (I didn't think it was necessary) but honestly that's amazing. I could not be more happier. I'm sure there is bad customer service in every business, and it's usually what you end up seeing (angry customers tend to post their frustrations online, as have I), but it's also important to highlight the good ones.

Most importantly, thanks a ton! I had a simple purchasing experience and despite the fact that my request was shipped standard, it showed up rapidly. I had an issue during requesting applying my coupon code yet needed to submit my request before it sold out. I reached Customer Service and talked with Rachael. She was agreeable, pleasant and was unfathomably useful in dealing with my issue. I have worked in client care so I see how unpleasant this position can be. So I needed to express my gratitude toward her for making my experience more than extraordinary. I appreciate it.

I’ve never had an issue with UO, especially when ordering online. Their customer service is excellent. Their only issue is that they continue to ship with lasership. I’ve literally never received a single lasership package they sent. But they’re always very quick to refund, so that’s good.

It's been a long time since I ordered form UO, but recently I've ordered 4 items from there. Three came in no time and one took a few weeks, but payment was not taken until the item was shipped, which I thought was a really good system on their behalf. I was really impressed with my recent service with UO. Although one of the jumpers I ordered came with a really dodgy, stuck zip- as soon as I went onto the live chat to mention it I was offered a refund. I know a lot of people are complaining about late deliveries, but we are in the middle of a pandemic and I think it is unfair for people to complain about this, when things must be very stressful behind the scenes.

Didn't think the shipping was bad. It came way earlier than the expected date (which kept getting postponed for some reason on UO tracking). After talking to customer service I was able to get an update a couple of days later, but the update kept disappearing. I found out on my own that you should NOT depend on UO's tracking, because it never gets updated, therefore it seems as if your purchase never even left their facility. Track your parcel using the Ascendia website initially; even better, use the USPS website for real-time updates + delivery updates.

On the whole really happy, one of the tops was a lot smaller than I thought it would be and quality was thinner fabric-wise, but still looks nice!

I love this shop, incredible quality and very friendly customer service. I love ordering from Urban Outfitters and I love going to the shops. I especially like the iets frans sweatpants. Unfortunately over 4 orders/parts have been cancelled in the last month, but only after my request (I wrote UO at facebook mesenger). But the customer service responded quickly and very kindly, I just wished they would have let me know a little earlier. But then they quickly transferred the money back. It is also a pity that it happened so often, because every time it was the same reason: no more products in stock. All in one a very nice shop with great parts and a very friendly service.

Needed Nike’s in a rush ordered on October 28th got it today! Awesome job!

Love UrbanHave never had a bad experience and do not understand what anyone is talking about here. You're always taking a bit of a risk when ordering online but clothes always arrive as advertised and exchanges either by mail or online have always been really easy for me. Most recently bought a midi length red dress that buttons all the way down. Kind of little house on the prairie -esque but i love it so much
